## Description

10-day retreat combining Muay Thai & MMA, strength & conditioning and glute training, plus yoga/mobility/recovery sessions, ice baths/sauna/steam room, and 3 tailored meals daily. Includes elephant sanctuary, island boat day, Big Buddha sunrise, black rock hike, a Phuket fight night, beach club & markets, and accommodation with airport transfers.
