## Description

A full breathwork journey with Ashley Edelman (@consciously_ash) under the night sky at KONG. The guided journey includes 60+ minutes of deep breathwork with headphones on and eyes closed, within the advertised 19:00–20:30 session.

Open to all levels; no experience needed. Limited to 25 participants. Bring comfortable clothes and water, and skip heavy meals for two hours beforehand. Check the booking page for health considerations.

A weekend bundle including this session and Saturday’s Unshakeable Reset is THB 2,500 (save THB 500).
