## Description

Weekend jiujitsu camp in Khao Yai (3–5 July 2026) with daily BJJ (gi & no-gi), yoga & ice bath sessions, sound healing meditation, and a Khao Yai nature excursion. Includes 2 nights accommodation, meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner), and round-trip transport from Bangkok.

Schedule highlights (Discovery Hill Resort): Fri 3 (campfire & BBQ; check-in/arrive then grilled chicken BBQ dinner). Sat 4: 10:00am sound healing & meditation by Palm; 11:00am BJJ Gi; 12:30pm lunch & ice bath; 3:00pm outing to Khao Yai National Park; 6:00pm BJJ Gi; 8:00pm 4th of July dinner & cowboy outing. Sun 5: 10:00am yoga for BJJ by Sunshine; 11:00am BJJ No-Gi; 12:30pm lunch; 3:00pm local cafe visit; 6:00pm BJJ No-Gi; 9:00pm depart back to Bangkok.
