Join Curve Pilates Phuket for a half-day retreat at Chaykha Retreat Phuket, combining Mat Pilates (8:30–9:30) with mobility/coordination/stability sessions, followed by games, prizes, and light breakfast. Recovery includes steam or sauna, warm pool, cold plunge, ice bath, and mineral pool. All levels welcome; dress code: Pink/Beige/Brown/White/Black.
