## Description

A morning of running (7 km) followed by cool down and recovery time with coffee and an ice bath, plus access to wellness facilities including sauna/steam room, hot pool, cold plunge & ice bath, swimming pool, and ice bath. Dress code: black. Limited to 100 persons.
