## Description

Event 4 “Broadside” is an AMRAP with a 11-minute time cap. Elite includes rope climbs, ring muscle ups, dual KB hang snatches, and dual KB front squats; RX adjusts the rep/setup; Masters and Intermediate have their own listed movements and weights. Workouts may be updated or adjusted with limited notice.
