Want to start your Sunday with a SWEAT? The Sunday Service is the talk of the town and has been our most popular class since the day we opened our doors. Led by 2-3 of our coaches, you will be taken through a functional bodybuilding section before you head into a 20 minute EMOM to get your heart racing! All while being serenaded by our resident DJ! This class is one that’s not to be missed!
