A Halloween-themed track session at Surakul Stadium with the workout “2x4th Larks” and “8 x 800m + 60 seconds jog,” plus an optional participation format. Schedule: 6:15pm arrival, 6:30pm warm-up, 6:45pm death laps, 7:20pm hydration & off fruits, 7:40pm stretching. Prize for best dressed.
