Women’s Day at ZIMA

An intimate women’s circle day focused on inner reset—through breath, movement, warmth, sound, and mindful body practices. Program includes metaphorical cards & birth date reading, women’s yoga + breathwork, a “nail board” practice option, an aroma steam ritual & sound bowl, a shamanic drum session, plus a warm breakfast and connection time.
