Midnight Games team competition

Team competition at Motus Cultura with partner/team requirements (2 male + 2 female). The standards include lifting (cleans, deadlift, lunges, dumbbell 12.5/10 kg), gymnastics (pull-ups and HSPU with riser, with at least 1 team member on each), monostructural (row and single unders), plus “Halloween spirit” (100%). Registration opens Monday, September 14.
