Phuket provider comparison

Start with the area and type of service you need. The table is ordered by practical use case, not quality. “Published services” means the service appears on a provider-controlled, university, government or hospital page. Phone ahead because a webpage can be incomplete or outdated and does not independently verify clinical standards.

Provider-by-provider notes

Pro Medical Clinic

Detailed first-party service menu on Fitness Street. The clinic publishes doctor consultations, customizable blood panels, hormone replacement and IV services. Its Essential Check-Up Male is ฿5,500 and lists a complete blood count (CBC), kidney, liver and lipid markers, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), one unspecified testosterone test and prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Confirm whether the testosterone test is total testosterone, which assay is used, and what repeat and cause-finding tests cost.

Vachira Phuket Men’s Health Clinic

Current public-hospital clinic with an old package reference. Vachira’s August 2026 outpatient schedule confirms the clinic on the first Thursday of each month, 1–4 p.m., at 076-361234 ext. 1257. Its separate 2023 page lists a ฿1,490 package and an 8–11 a.m. blood draw. Confirm the current price, draw arrangements, repeat testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and follow-up before travelling.

Bangkok Hospital Phuket

Hospital endocrinology route. Its current Diabetes, Endocrine & Kidney Center explicitly lists androgen deficiency in older men, pituitary disorders and specialist care. It is an option when specialist assessment is preferred, results disagree, a pituitary cause is suspected or medical history is complex. The cited centre page does not publish a TRT-specific consultation or diagnostic-panel price, so request a targeted quote.

MTech Clinic, Prince of Songkla University

University medical-technology laboratory lead. MTech’s official test finder lists male-hormone, testosterone, advanced well-man, erectile-dysfunction and “Advance TRT” blood-test options. It publishes Monday–Friday hours of 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and phone +66 76 276 003, but not the component markers, assays, interpretation or price. Ask for an itemized test list and who reviews the result.

A Umbrella Clinic Lab

Community-named Chalong laboratory. A provider-controlled contact page dated February 2023 identifies a medical laboratory at 40/113 Moo 4 Luang Pho Chaem Road and publishes phone 061-428-7992 and daily 8 a.m.–8 p.m. hours. It does not verify current hormone testing. Reconfirm the location and ask separately about each test, timing, assay, price and result interpretation.

Nabon Inter Medical Clinic

Provider-controlled page for a Vichit laboratory. A newer site lists blood and urine testing, mobile service, a Vichit address, daily 7:30 a.m.–8 p.m. hours and phone +66 97 932 4245. An older site claims extra branches and different hours, so their current status is uncertain. Confirm the branch, exact hormone tests, timing, price, turnaround and interpretation.

MENHANCE Phuket

Bang Tao men’s-health clinic with published entry prices. Its current Phuket page advertises testosterone shots from ฿2,500, IV drips from ฿3,900 and health checks from ฿3,000, and names its Phuket physicians. These are starting prices, not a complete diagnostic or treatment quote. Ask for the symptoms-and-labs assessment, exact formulation and dose, baseline tests, monitoring, fertility discussion and total first-month and follow-up costs.

Phuket Family Health

GP and in-house laboratory for the Thalang side. Its in-house lab page lists a GP service, a basic ฿2,200 check-up and a male hormone panel containing thyroid tests, sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), estradiol, progesterone and free testosterone. The page says those prices were valid only through 31 December 2025, and the list omits total testosterone, LH and FSH. Call for the current price and ask whether those tests and repeat sampling can be added.

5 Elements Hot Yoga & Resort

Provider-advertised IV and recovery services that need extra verification. Its current rejuvenation menu advertises a vitamin drip at ฿3,900, NAD+ IV at ฿9,000 and chelation at ฿7,000; a separate booking page lists one-hour ice bath, steam room and onsen access at ฿350. Its public team page names no medical clinician and some service pages contain inconsistent contact details. Confirm the treatment location, named licensed clinician, formula, screening, sterile process and emergency plan. Treat efficacy and “detox” claims as marketing.

Square Clinic

Unverified on-street lead. Community and third-party directory sources identify a clinic on Soi Ta-iad, but we found no current first-party page documenting its medical menu, clinician, exact prices or laboratory details. It may be useful as a local lead, but it cannot be compared on the same evidence level as the providers above. Verify the clinician, clinic licence, tests, medicine source, monitoring and full cost directly.

Published prices around Phuket

These prices help with trip planning, but the products are not directly equivalent. Some include a doctor and broad baseline testing; others cover only a wellness drip or recovery session. Ask for an itemized quote showing the exact markers, consultation, interpretation and follow-up.

Fitness Street check-up฿5,500

Pro Medical’s Essential Check-Up Male. It lists one unspecified testosterone test plus general markers; repeat and cause-finding tests may cost extra.

Public-hospital reference฿1,490

Vachira’s 2023 men’s-health package. The clinic schedule is current, but this is not a guaranteed 2026 price.

Bang Tao entry pricesFrom ฿2,500

MENHANCE advertises testosterone shots from ฿2,500, checks from ฿3,000 and IV drips from ฿3,900. None is a complete treatment-cost estimate.

Expired Thalang reference฿2,200

Phuket Family Health’s basic check-up page says the price was valid only through 31 December 2025.

Advertised IV entry priceFrom ฿1,900

Pro Medical starts at ฿1,900; MENHANCE and 5 Elements publish IV options from ฿3,900. Availability does not establish a wellness claim.

Non-medical recovery฿350 / hour

5 Elements’ ice bath, steam and onsen access. This is a recovery/leisure purchase, not bloodwork or hormone treatment.

Ask every clinic to quote these lines separately

  • Doctor consultation before tests and interpretation after results.
  • First and second early-morning total-testosterone draws.
  • Cause-finding tests if low: LH, FSH and any clinician-selected additions.
  • Baseline safety tests, formulation cost, injection or application fee, and supplies.
  • First follow-up, repeat labs, prescription renewal and urgent-contact policy.

For a fair comparison, ask each provider for the expected total over the first 3–6 months of assessment, treatment and monitoring—not only the price of one injection or one blood draw.

What TRT and hormone-testing packages may include

Phuket providers use different package names and panels. Before booking, compare the components rather than the size of the brochure. The Endocrine Society guideline and its July 2026 statement provide useful context for the questions below.

Consultation

Symptoms, history and goals

Ask whether the price includes a clinician reviewing symptoms, sleep, fertility plans, current medicines, recent illness, training load and other possible causes of a low result.

Hormone testing

Confirming and explaining the result

Diagnosis generally requires compatible symptoms or signs plus at least two separate, consistently low early-morning fasting total-testosterone results measured with an accurate assay. If low testosterone is confirmed, LH and FSH help identify the cause. Free testosterone, SHBG, prolactin or other tests may be useful in selected cases; ask whether free testosterone is measured with a reliable method or calculated from appropriate inputs.

Baseline checks

General health and treatment safety

Packages may add CBC/hematocrit, blood pressure, glucose, kidney/liver markers, lipids, thyroid tests and an age- and risk-appropriate prostate assessment. Check which markers are actually included.

Ongoing care

Medicine, monitoring and follow-up

Confirm whether the quote includes medicine, administration, first follow-up, repeat bloodwork, dose review and a contact route for adverse effects. A commonly cited benchmark is clinical review 3–12 months after treatment starts and then annually; testosterone at 3–6 months; and hematocrit at baseline, 3–6 months and then annually, with timing adjusted for formulation and clinical circumstances. Men pursuing or planning fertility should discuss non-testosterone approaches with an appropriate specialist before the first dose.

A large general wellness panel can still omit accurate repeat testosterone testing or the LH and FSH used after low testosterone is confirmed. Ask for the exact test names, methods and timing before paying.

IV therapy and recovery services around Fitness Street

Pro Medical publishes an on-street IV menu starting at ฿1,900 for basic drips, ฿2,900 for “detox & lifestyle” and ฿3,500 for advanced wellness. MENHANCE publishes Bang Tao IV drips from ฿3,900. 5 Elements advertises a ฿3,900 vitamin drip, ฿9,000 NAD+ IV and ฿7,000 chelation, alongside ฿350 one-hour access to its ice bath, steam room and onsen.

Intravenous fluids are established medical tools for clinically assessed fluid or electrolyte needs that cannot be met adequately by other routes. Parenteral nutrients are used for defined deficiencies or when oral or enteral nutrition is inadequate, unsafe or impossible. That is different from selling vitamin cocktails to a healthy person for immunity, detoxification, fat burning, beauty, hangover recovery or athletic performance.

A Mayo Clinic Press consumer overview and a peer-reviewed Drug and Therapeutics Bulletin review describe limited evidence for wellness IV vitamins in people without a relevant deficiency or indication. Potential harms depend on the ingredient and dose and can include kidney injury, abnormal heart rhythms, blood-pressure changes, nerve injury, and trauma, bleeding or infection from the IV line. “Vitamin” does not mean risk-free.

Confirm the exact formula, dose, prescriber, screening, treatment location, sterile process, emergency arrangements and total cost directly. Provider marketing is not evidence that every advertised outcome is established.

AskReassuring answerReason to pause
What diagnosis or measured deficiency is this treating?A specific indication tied to history, exam or laboratory results.“Everyone needs it,” detox, immunity or performance promises without assessment.
What exactly is in the bag?Written ingredients, doses, diluent, source and expiry.A branded cocktail with no dose disclosure.
Who prescribed and who administers it?A named licensed clinician, trained staff and documented screening. No clinician identity or casual administration outside a clinical process.
What are my contraindications and interactions?Kidney, heart, pregnancy, allergy, medication and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) questions where relevant. No history, vital-sign or medication review.
What happens if I react?Monitoring, sterile process, emergency medicines and an escalation plan.No observations, emergency kit or transfer plan.

What the evidence says about mood and cognition

People considering testosterone replacement therapy commonly ask whether it changes mood, anxiety or memory. Individual responses vary with diagnosis, dose, other medicines and baseline health, so personal experiences cannot predict another person’s result.

The NIH-supported Testosterone Trials studied older men with low testosterone. Treatment improved sexual function and produced smaller improvements in mood and depressive symptoms, but it did not improve any measured aspect of cognitive function. A separate National Institute on Aging summary also describes benefits for bone density and anemia alongside unresolved trade-offs. These findings do not apply automatically to younger athletes, people without confirmed hypogonadism, supraphysiologic dosing or bodybuilding cycles.

Safety evidence and US labelling have continued to change. In February 2025, the US FDA removed boxed-warning language about increased major cardiovascular outcomes after the TRAVERSE trial and required blood-pressure warnings. On 18 June 2026, FDA/HHS requested another label revision removing the age-related limitation and changing prostate and benign-prostatic-hyperplasia wording. This US action does not change Thai law.

The Endocrine Society’s July 2026 statement notes that TRAVERSE found no meaningful increase in heart attack or stroke over its follow-up, but reported more fractures and an approximately 50% relative increase in pulmonary embolism among testosterone-treated participants. The trial enrolled men aged 45–80 with confirmed hypogonadism and existing or high cardiovascular risk; it does not prove the same balance for every patient. Long-term questions, including prostate safety, remain. A changed warning does not mean TRT has no risks.

Thai medicine and traveller rules

Thai domestic classification is product- and registration-specific. The Thai FDA record for one testosterone enanthate 250 mg/mL registration lists it as ยาควบคุมพิเศษ—a specially controlled drug—and gives male androgen deficiency as its indication. The record was active when checked on 24 August 2026 and showed validity through 12 October 2026. A separate Testoviron Depot registration with the same active ingredient is listed as ยาอันตราย—a dangerous drug. Check the exact trade name, registration and validity rather than assuming one category covers every product.

For a product classified as specially controlled, patient supply generally requires a licensed prescriber’s prescription and dispensing under a first-class pharmacist’s control. Product registration does not establish a diagnosis or make an unverified seller safe.

When personally carrying a medicine that is neither narcotic nor psychotropic into Thailand, a traveller may generally bring no more than 30 days for prescribed personal use. Keep it in its original container and carry the prescription or physician letter. This does not authorize postal or courier import.

The Thai FDA’s Check the Drug tool checks narcotic or psychotropic travel status by active ingredient; it does not determine domestic dispensing category, current product registration or whether a seller may legally supply it. Check both the travel status and the exact medicinal-product registration, or contact [email protected] before travel.

Practical verification Ask for the prescriber’s full legal name, Thai medical licence number if available, written diagnosis, product name and Thai registration number, dose, route, batch/expiry and follow-up plan. Verify the doctor through the Medical Council and the exact product through the Thai FDA. The doctor checker does not verify the clinic licence or specialty.

Questions to ask before paying

Diagnosis“What evidence makes this hypogonadism?”

Ask how symptoms, two morning results and the lab’s reference range fit together—and what reversible causes were considered.

Cause“If it is low, what do LH and FSH show?”

A treatment-first answer without cause-finding can miss testicular, pituitary, medication, obesity or illness-related explanations.

Fertility“What happens if I want children?”

Raise this before the first dose. Exogenous testosterone can cause severe sperm suppression; current or future fertility may require a different approach and specialist advice.

Safety“What is my baseline hematocrit and blood pressure?”

Ask what thresholds or adverse effects would lead to adjustment, referral or stopping.

Product“Which registered medicine and why?”

Request the exact formulation, Thai registration, dosing interval, storage and authentic dispensing source.

Follow-up“Who reviews me, when, and for how much?”

Get the first 3–6 months of consultations, labs, medicine and administration in writing, including the response plan for abnormal results.

IV therapy“What diagnosis, ingredient and dose?”

If the answer is only “detox” or “recovery,” ask about evidence, oral alternatives, risks and sterile safeguards.

Independence“Can I take my results elsewhere?”

You should receive readable lab reports, assay ranges, prescriptions and a clinical summary that another doctor can review.

Sources, limitations and medical disclaimer

This is a selected directory, not an exhaustive census of Phuket clinics. Provider information was checked against provider-controlled, university, hospital or government pages on 24 August 2026. We did not visit the facilities, call reception, inspect clinic or clinician licences, audit laboratories, verify medicine supply, cold-chain or sterile practice, purchase services, or assess patient outcomes. A first-party page confirms what is advertised and can still contain expired prices, inconsistent contact details or unsupported marketing. Square Clinic remains an unverified local lead because no current first-party medical menu was found.

Medical context prioritizes the Endocrine Society guideline, its July 2026 statement, the 2024 AUA/ASRM fertility guidance, the FDA’s February 2025 testosterone update, the June 2026 FDA/HHS label request, NIH/NIA trial summaries and Thai FDA records. US clinical and regulatory sources provide evidence context; they do not state Thai law.

Editorial policy: MyFitMate received no affiliate fee, paid clinic placement or hidden lead fee for this guide. No provider was ranked by clinical quality. If a provider later sponsors MyFitMate, that placement must be labelled and cannot change the evidence comparison. This directory has not been clinically audited by MyFitMate. If you spot a changed price, service, clinician or regulation, send the exact first-party source so the guide can be corrected.
