CrossFit, HYROX and HIIT on Fitness Street: Gyms, Classes & Passes

Compare seven gyms on Fitness Street and nearby, with class-pack prices, resident and long-term visa offers, open-gym access and practical pass comparisons.

A fictional functional-training gym illustrated for MyFitMate; no real venue or branded programme is depicted.

Four different ways to use the gym

FormatWhat to expectWhat to ask
CrossFitVaried functional strength and conditioning, with movements and workload adapted by the coachIs this a coached CrossFit class? Do newcomers need an introduction, and what can be scaled?
HYROX preparationTraining for running plus functional stations; a class may practise selected elements rather than simulate a whole raceIs today’s session technique, strength, conditioning or a race simulation? Does it fit your experience?
HIIT / conditioningHarder work intervals alternating with recovery; equipment, impact and session structure varyHow much running, jumping and lifting is involved? Is it a coached group or a self-directed circuit?
Open gymAccess to train independently during permitted hoursWhich equipment and areas are available? Can classes restrict their use? Is programming or coaching included?

CrossFit describes its approach as varied functional training. The HYROX race format alternates eight 1km runs with eight workout stations. A gym offering sleds or intervals is not automatically offering either branded programme; look for the actual class name and description.

Start on the Soi, then consider the journey

This is a shortlist by training format and location, not a quality ranking. Compare coaching, atmosphere and the session time you can attend before committing to a long pass.

At Pirate Camp, a named conditioning workout and a CrossFit session are separate timetable entries; read the description rather than choosing by name alone. Its booking page directs visitors through Glofox. You can also check Pirate Camp’s upcoming classes on MyFitMate.

Titan’s HYROX page describes running and functional-station work. Unit 27 lists HYROX separately from CrossFit. If your purpose is preparing for a race, tell the coach your date and experience instead of assuming any high-intensity class supplies a complete race plan.

Kong’s MyFitMate venue page includes upcoming classes and photographed price boards. Its HYROX programme makes it relevant to race-focused visitors as well as general conditioning. In Rawai, Motus Cultura’s CrossFit page describes 90-minute sessions with time for strength, skill work and conditioning; Sweat is its functional-fitness option. Check Motus Cultura’s location and classes before adding the journey to your routine.

Expiry and inclusions can change the comparison

  • Pirate Camp: 5-, 10- and 20-packs last three months; the 40-pack lasts four months. Its official board and venue photo include open gym on class-attendance days for class packages. This does not establish the same benefit for a single drop-in or every day of the pack’s validity.
  • Kong: the photographed board gives class packs 90 days from the first class. It also lists open gym at ฿250/day, ฿1,400/week and ฿4,500/month. The website confirms the ฿250 day pass and unlimited membership prices above. The photo’s complimentary post-session recovery is labelled a low-season special; confirm it for your dates rather than assuming year-round inclusion with class packs.
  • Motus Cultura: its price page starts validity at the first visit: five classes last five weeks, ten last one month, twenty and thirty last two months, and forty last three months. Packs cover its adult group-class range. Its CrossFit page specifies same-day open-gym access; check the hours around coached classes.
  • Phuket Fight Club: the board uses the tariff name “Fitness” while the timetable labels S&C sessions. Confirm the exact coached sessions covered and the ten-pack expiry before buying it as CrossFit access.

We read the venue photos on 24 September 2026. The price boards themselves are undated; a review date does not guarantee that the advertised rate is still available. Food-menu verification labels elsewhere on a venue page do not date its gym-price photos.

Resident rates and discounts for long-term visa holders

Ask about these before buying a visitor pass. If you live in Phuket or hold a DTV, education, retirement, marriage, work, SMART, LTR or Elite visa, tell reception which status you hold and ask what proof they accept. Eligibility is set by each gym; the list below is not a promise that every visa qualifies everywhere. A longer class pack and a resident discount are also different offers.

5/10/20 packs: 3 months; 40-pack: 4 months. Same class-day open-gym rule as the general board. Ask reception to confirm residency/visa eligibility and activation.

Titan · saved visa offerAdvertised 40% off; final discounted tariff not suppliedListing names DTV, SMART, education, LTR, permanent residence, retirement, marriage, work and Elite. Confirm that the offer remains active, the eligible product and its base price; no expiry or full terms are supplied.

Pirate also has a saved 40%-off visa offer. Its photographed resident tariffs do not exactly equal 40% off today’s general board: the listed drop-in is ฿260, while 40% off ฿420 would be ฿252. Use the explicit resident price and ask which offer applies; do not automatically subtract another 40% or combine discounts.

For perspective, Kong’s photographed resident ten-pack is ฿1,500 below its ฿4,000 general ten-pack, and its resident unlimited month is ฿4,000 below the general ฿10,000 month. Those are comparisons of the two boards, not an eligibility guarantee. Get the final price, included classes, validity and any required proof confirmed together.

Resident boards are undated uploaded venue images. The Titan and Pirate visa listings were last updated in July 2026; we reviewed them on 24 September, but have not reconfirmed them with reception. No long-term-visa discount was established for Unit 27, Motus Cultura or Phuket Fight Club from the sources checked.

Count realistic visits before comparing discounts

Start with days you can actually train. Remove arrival and departure clashes, excursions and sessions you cannot reach. If you also do Muay Thai or want independent lifting, decide which coached sessions you will attend rather than buying every option in advance.

The examples below use Pirate Camp’s general visitor prices. Eligible residents should substitute the confirmed resident tariff. They assume the same eligible classes, unchanged rates and no extra fees; they are our calculations, not advertised bundles.

Planned attendancePay-as-you-go totalPack comparisonWhat it shows
5 classes5 × ฿420 = ฿2,1005-pack: ฿1,995฿105 saved if you use all five
8 classes8 × ฿420 = ฿3,3605-pack + 3 singles: ฿3,255
10-pack: ฿3,780
The smaller pack plus singles costs ฿525 less than buying ten and leaving two unused
12 classes12 × ฿420 = ฿5,04010-pack + 2 singles: ฿4,620฿420 saved; a 20-pack would cost ฿7,140 with eight credits unused
20 classes20 × ฿420 = ฿8,40020-pack: ฿7,140
Two 10-packs: ฿7,560
฿420 saved by committing to twenty rather than buying ten twice

Effective cost per attended class = total paid ÷ classes actually attended. A ฿3,780 ten-pack used eight times costs ฿472.50 per attended class. Unused credits only have value if you can return before they expire; do not assume they can be shared, sold or transferred.

For an unlimited membership, divide its final price by your realistic attendance and compare the same class access. Include open gym only if you want it. The cheapest mathematical option may still be the wrong purchase before you know whether you like the coaching.

Book a trial that resembles your normal training day

Choose the time you would regularly attend and read the class description. Tell the gym your experience and ask whether you need an introductory session. Confirm how to reserve, when to arrive and what happens if a class is full. Buying credits is not necessarily the same as booking a place.

Tell the coach if movements are unfamiliar and ask for appropriate loads, pace and alternatives. Notice whether you get useful instruction, whether the group size works for you, and whether the session matches its description. Ask about required shoes, towel and equipment before arriving.

Reserve only the sessions you intend to use, and check cancellation deadlines in the booking app. If you are travelling with children, use our Fitness Street with Kids guide to settle supervision separately from the adults’ class bookings.

Six terms to check before buying a larger pass

  1. Eligible sessions: which classes, locations and time slots can you book, and does one session always use one credit?
  2. Activation and expiry: does validity begin at purchase or first attendance, and is a month calendar-based or a set number of days?
  3. Booking penalties: what is the cancellation deadline, and does a late cancellation or missed class consume a credit?
  4. Open-gym access: is it included daily, only on class days, during specific hours, or purchased separately?
  5. Changes: can a pass be frozen, refunded, extended or transferred if plans change? Get the answer in writing.
  6. Final total: are tax, payment fees, equipment and any introductory session included?

These are questions to put to each gym, not benefits we have verified for every pass. A pack valid for three months is useful during a two-week trip only to the extent that you can use its sessions.

Choose one base, with room to try something else

For a longer stay, an anchor gym gives the week some structure. Keep occasional drop-ins elsewhere if you want variety, and avoid buying overlapping unlimited memberships before trying the classes. For a short visit, singles or a small pack may fit better even when the per-class price is higher.

Compare a package if you want accommodation arranged too: Unit 27 publishes stay-and-train options, while Titan offers several programme tiers. Ask for the actual room, number of nights, class allowance, meals and final price. An unlimited timetable does not mean you need to fill it.

Our Fitness Street monthly budget uses Muay Thai as its main membership. For a fitness-focused trip, replace that line with your chosen fitness pass rather than automatically adding a second full membership. Use the retreat comparison if you want a managed programme, and browse Fitness Street events and classes for upcoming sessions.

Sources and limits

Gym formats, published prices and access notes come from the official pages, uploaded venue price images and saved offer listings linked alongside them, checked on 24 September 2026. We have not assumed current prices from older listings, independently certified every affiliation, or treated a named class as a complete training programme. Timetables and offers can change; confirm the class and final terms before paying.
