Built for more than flexibility - this class expands your ranges, builds strength within them, and reduces injury risk. Programming includes intentional joint prep, PAILs/RAILs, and loaded mobility drills that strengthen your end ranges. From there, mobility flows and active stretching are layered in - designed to challenge, not just chill. The result? New levels of usable mobility that carry over to whatever youβre training for.
Trifecta Comp #3 β The Construct
Teams of 2 compete in Trifecta Comp #3. 24 teams cap; cash prizes for top finishers (5,000 THB / 3,000 THB / 1,000 THB). Entry is 1 class credit, with male/male, female/female, and male/female team categories. Bookings open 7 days before on the CULT app.

Want to start your Sunday with a SWEAT? The Sunday Service is the talk of the town and has been our most popular class since the day we opened our doors. Led by 2-3 of our coaches, you will be taken through a functional bodybuilding section before you head into a 20 minute EMOM to get your heart racing! All while being serenaded by our resident DJ!
