Weekly structure: Mondays & Wednesdays = Engine (high-intensity cardio for aerobic capacity); Tuesdays & Thursdays = Foundation/Power (strength, muscular endurance, explosive work for stations); Fridays = Compete (race-sim sessions with compromised kilometre runs and station practice); Saturdays = technique workshops on selected weekends; Sundays = rest/active recovery.
