2Sinbi Muay Thai Training Schedule
Daily training structure includes warm-up (running or skipping), greeting trainers, stretching, hand wraps, and shadowboxing & movement. Sessions include a 5-round rotation (pad work, bag work, optional sparring) followed by technique work, clinching, and sparring. Sparring schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri (PM) for boxing, Tue/Thu/Sat (PM) for Muay Thai. Group training runs Monday–Saturday at 7:30–9:30 AM and 4:00–6:00 PM, and private training runs Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–3:00 PM plus Mon–Fri 6:00–7:00 PM.
Wai Kru / Ram Muay tradition session (Muay Thai)
Every Saturday morning at Sinbi Muay Thai, they slow down after pad work and bag work to learn the Ram Muay Wai Kru—an important pre-fight ritual showing respect to teachers, gym, family, and the art. This reel highlights a more intricate Wai Kru taught by Kru Soleh (includes most ritual elements, except the sealing of the ring).
