First week meeting at Folks on the Beach (meet out front; coffee after). Warm up & stretch at 6:20am, run starts 6:30am, cooldown at 7:00am. Route is a 5KM out-and-back: turn at the night market and back to Folks.

Daily training structure includes warm-up (running or skipping), greeting trainers, stretching, hand wraps, and shadowboxing & movement. Sessions include a 5-round rotation (pad work, bag work, optional sparring) followed by technique work, clinching, and sparring. Sparring schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri (PM) for boxing, Tue/Thu/Sat (PM) for Muay Thai. Group training runs Monday–Saturday at 7:30–9:30 AM and 4:00–6:00 PM, and private training runs Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–3:00 PM plus Mon–Fri 6:00–7:00 PM.
