HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. HYROX is the fitness for everybody and accommodates all fitness levels. The workouts will involve Strength based Hyrox Movements, AMRAP's, EMOM's, RFT's, Partner Workouts and Mini Hyrox Simulations. The Functional Stations are as follows: 1. 1,000m Ski 2. 50m Sled Push 3. 50m Sled Pull 4. 80m Burpee Broad Jump 5. 1000m Rower 6. 200m Kettlebell Farmer Walks 7. 100m Lunges 8. 100 Wall Balls.
